This is a very fair question. Considering lawyer fees, lost days work due to court appearances, you are probably already overwhelmed with the expense of your legal situation.
I understand this.
This is why I do offer payment options for all of my counselling services.
If you are unable to pay all costs at the first appointment, you will be granted the opportunity to pay in instalments - how ever many you need - across the time of your counselling program.
All programs include one-on-one counselling sessions along with workbooks/sheets.
Remember: this is a one-on-one counselling, not group counselling. Group counselling is a completely different experience. It is more impersonal, anxiety-provoking, and non-confidential (can you imagine meeting your neighbour or work colleague there!). You will not have these issues in my one-on-one programs.
Courts prefer the thoroughness of individual one-on-one counselling. This program will be given the greatest consideration in court over group programs.
I do offer a Sliding Scale Program for those that need it. If you are of limited income, please request a sliding scale assessment. You will be required to show proof of income and expenses at the first meeting (pay/welfare stub, up-to-date bank statement, rental agreement).
*Without this documentation, you will not be considered for the Sliding Scale Program.*
